Terms of Service
Before using Image Studio, review our pricing, credits, refunds, content, and deletion rules.
These initial product terms will be reviewed against actual data handling and payment processes before launch.
Variable pricing
Credits per generation depend on mode, quality, resolution, and current settings. The displayed quote is a preview; the server recalculates it when creating a task.
Credit validity
Purchased credits are a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. Paid credits do not expire unless the account is deleted. Promotional and paid credits are recorded separately.
Failures and credit refunds
If a model or system error causes a failure, the credits charged for that task are automatically refunded. No credits are charged if task creation fails.
Payments and manual refunds
Credit pack prices, currencies, and amounts are configured on the server. Refunds are manually reviewed in this initial release; used credits are not refundable.
Content rules
You must have the necessary rights to uploaded content and intended uses. Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
Account and image deletion
Deleting your account forfeits remaining credits and cannot be undone. Manually deleted images cannot be restored; minimal task audit data and credit records may remain.
